Payment Terms

We accept: Direct Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit, Credit Card, Laybuy and Afterpay

Payment is expected within 3 business days. We may cancel your order if payment is not received within 3 business days.

Shipping Terms

We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days (not including weekends and holidays) once full payment has been cleared. 

Direct bank transfer payment may take up to 2 business days to show up in our account. 

• Please be aware that shipping may be delayed by up to 3 business days for items that are on back-order.

• Due to temporary stock shortages or other reasons including issues such as out of date information on the website, we may not be able to supply the item on time. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible.

• You will be notified via email if your shipment will be delayed as part of the order confirmation email.

• You may cancel your order if the shipment is going to be delayed for longer than 3 days.

Ordering pre-order products with in stock products.

Orders will be dispatched once all items become available for shipping. 

 

Free Shipping within NZ for Orders Over $150.

• Exclude any Pre-Orders.

• Exclude any Resin/GK statue purchases.

Pick up in-store

Orders will be held for 2 weeks; any time after that it will be cancelled if not pre-paid in advance.

* The quoted costs above are for parcels up to 5kg.

* These Delivery targets are a guide only and we do not guarantee that your parcel will reach its destination within the delivery target. 

*  If the item you are ordering is needed by a deadline, please contact us prior to placing the order, to confirm that we will be able to expedite your order in the timeline required.

 

You will be charged the greater of:

• The actual weight of your parcel (as determined by our scales), rounded up to the nearest 5kg, or

• The volumetric weight of your parcel, rounded up to the nearest 5kg.

To calculate volumetric weight (kg), measure the parcel’s height (m) x length (m) x thickness (m) and multiply this by 200. e.g. (0.5 x 0.4 x 0.3) x 200 = 12kg.
